Michele Mari Verdigris
Michele Mari is geboren op 26 december 1955 in Milaan. Hij is filoloog en kenner van science fiction en stripboeken. In 1989 1989 debuteerde hij met de roman Di bestia in bestia. Inmiddels heeft hij zo’n vijftien romans en verhalenbundels geschreven. Tot nu toe is zijn werk niet in het Nederlands vertaald. Voor de roman Verderame die begin januari in Engelse vertaling verschijnt en waarover je hier uitgebreide informatie leest, ontving hij de Premio Grinzane Cavour.
